Shipping and Return Policy


We offer a return/replacement within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product/s ordered on  fly2kart subject to the following conditions (15 days return/replacement guarantee):

 

1) You must inform us of your intention to replace/return the item to us within 48 hours of receipt of the product, Email us on return@fly2kart.com or Call us on 0261-3117526 on Mon-Fri between 09:30 AM to 6:30 PM in the following circumstances:

   1). Defective/Incorrect product replacement

   2). Return/Cancellation of a product you no longer want

 

2) Defective/incorrect product replacement? Just follow these simple steps:

1) You can call us or e-mail us for any defects in the product or incorrectly shipped product within 48 hours of receipt of the product.

2) Please mention Order number/ID in subject line to help us quickly process your returns and ensure that the returned merchandize must have invoice, have all its original packaging and accessories, and be in an unused/sellable condition  

3) We Request you to cooperate and maintain the original packaging of return items including the box, manufacturer's packaging, if any, dust bags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

4) Please ensure that all the returned items are packed properly and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

5) For all self-shipped returns, please ensure that your shipment reaches our sellers warehouse (on Seller’s Address) within 10 days from date of raising the return request.

6) As soon as we have received the product, if the entire product is in proper condition, we will ship you the replacement, with no additional cost to you. You will receive an email when a replacement has been shipped out.

7) In the event that the product received back by us does not meet the specifications above or any of the below apply, then the product can neither be replaced, nor can a refund be provided:

    a). Product(s) is damaged due to use or misuse.

    b). Product has a manufacturing defect, but has been used.

8) In the event that a replacement is not available in stock, we will offer you a credit or a full cash refund.

9) In the event that a replacement is available in stock, and you do not want a replacement, we will offer you a full refund either via Online Transaction (for card payments) or via NEFT payment (for COD payments).

10) You can seek a replacement for the entire purchase or part (s) of the purchase. Needless to say, we can offer to replace only product(s) purchased on fly2kart.

11) Please note that we will acknowledge that we shipped the incorrect product(s) to you, or that the product (s) was damaged in transit to you only if informed us within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s).

12) Only size, color or incorrect product exchanges are allowed.

 

3) Return/cancellation of a product you no longer want. You can cancel an order in one of two ways: Email us on return@fly2kart.com or Call us on 0261-3117526 on Mon-Fri between 09:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

1) If you cancel an order by calling us, before the product(s) has been shipped to you, we will refund you the entire amount.

2) If you cancel an order which has already been shipped to you, you can do one of the following:

    a) If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support team and inform them of the same.

    b) If despite informing us, since the package has already left for your address, you receive the Product, you can refuse the delivery of the product (i.e. do not accept the package).

    c) If you have received the order, and are now wanting to cancel (i.e. return the product), then please follow the steps as mentioned Below:

4) How to return Product?

   - You can return the product in following way:

 

a) Self-ship to our Return Cell:  You have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Return Cell within 10 days. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed Rs. 100 voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website for next 3months. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality check passed on receipt by our seller. Please pack well when you are returning the product so that it reaches the seller in good condition.

b) Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in selected locations, which falls under the service network of our courier partners.

c) The amount you paid for the product plus any shipping paid at the time of order will be directly refunded back to your bank account/credit card/debit card within 15 working days of refund.

d) For self-ship returned products need to clearly bear the consignee address same as we mention in mail to you after your return courier generated.

 

5) When will get refunded?

- We can refund you when the seller notifies us of the receipt of the item back from you or the online tracking shows as delivered to the seller address. Remember that items have to be returned to sellers directly by you (self-ship). Once we get notification of the return item, we will credit the amount back to you within 15 working days (does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).

- You will receive a full refund of the amount you paid, either via Online Transactions (for card payments and net banking) or via NEFT payment (for COD payments).

- Your returns must reach our Return Cell with original tags; else you will not be eligible for refunds.

- If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location/address, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges.

 

6) How can I track my order?

- We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order. You can also see the tracking number in your account in order history panel.
